Conference Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your conference registration, then the following refund schedule will be applicable: (i) cancellations received on or before September 20, 2017 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee; (ii) cancellations received on or between September 21, 2017 and October 31, 2017 will be refunded 50% of the pre-paid conference fee; and (iii) cancellations received on or after November 1, 2017 will not be eligible for any refunds. Refunds will be granted in the same form of the original payment. If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, Avature will refund the full registration fee within ninety (90) days from the date of the conference cancellation. The event’s fee does not include any transportation, lodging, medical expenses or other related costs. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the following email address: events@avature.net. Avature shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of the event. Avature shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: Acts of God, war (declared or not), fire, labor strike, extreme weather conditions or other emergency.
